I acknowledge that my membership will autorenew for the same duration and rate unless I contact the MFF Team over the phone no later than two weeks in advance of the autorenewal date.

I acknowledge that my scheduling is limited to one class, training session, or waitlist per day.

I acknowledge that if I take more classes or training sessions than allotted in my membership, MFF can reconcile these by selling me one off classes/sessions.

I acknowledge that all Membership Freeze or Change requests must be made at least three (3) business days in advance.

I acknowledge that my Cancel Anytime membership requires a minimum commitment of eight (8) weeks, after which I may terminate my membership without penalty if done at least 28 days in advance of my next membership payment.

I acknowledge the agreement terms outlined above and that this is a legally-binding contract.
