For non-members there is an alternative forrm.

Payment & Volunteering

This event only works because of the amazing help from our team and volunteers. Organizing a HYROX simulation takes way more effort than just running a few classes — think judging, timing, setup, and more.

💪 Want to volunteer as a judge?

Awesome! Your event fee will be completely waived — it’s our way of saying thanks for making it happen. As volunteer you help run the event (mainly judging movement standards and directing participants) for at least 1 hour.

🙌 Can’t volunteer this time?

No worries! In that case, we ask for a small contribution to help cover the extra costs of running the event:

€10 per person for CrossFit Leiden members
€20 per person for Gymbox and CrossFit 020 members

Important for Doubles Teams

If you sign up as a doubles team, only one person from the team needs to register and handle the payment — not both.

✅ I confirm that I’m aware the payment for this event is €10 (CFL) or €20 (020/GBN) per person. A payment link will be sent after sign-up.

✅ I understand that all event fees are non-refundable, but my spot can be transferred to another participant up to 3 days before event start by emailing welcome@crossfitleiden.com

✅ I acknowledge that my registration is only complete once payment has been received (except for volunteers).
