1. Deposit Amount
To secure your place on the She Lifts 10-week strength training program, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. There are only 4 spots available.
2. What the Deposit Secures
Your space in a fixed timeslot for the full 10-week duration.
Access to two professionally coached sessions per week.
A guaranteed spot in a small group (maximum 4 women per session).
3. Payment Terms
The remaining balance of the program fee will be payable either:
In full by the program start date, or
In instalments via a pre-agreed payment plan via a membership.
1. Weekly Payment Plan
£50/week
Billed every 7 days starting the week of the program start date.
Total of 10 payments.
2. Monthly Payment Plan
Month 1 -£250
Month 2- £200
First payment due before program begins.
Second payment due 4 weeks after the start date.
4. Non-Refundable Clause
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances unless the program is cancelled by CrossFit Harrow
If you are unable to participate after securing your deposit, your place cannot be deferred unless agreed in writing.
5. Transfers or Substitutions
Deposits and program places are non-transferable to another person.
If you are unable to attend certain sessions, you will lose the sessions. We require full commitment to the program.
6. Program Changes
CrossFit Harrow reserves the right to adjust the program schedule or structure (e.g. start date or session times) as required. You will be informed of any changes well in advance.
7. Client Commitment
By securing a deposit, you agree to attend your scheduled sessions and participate fully in the program.

Consistent attendance ensures both your results and group cohesion.
