Terms & Conditions

  • Members may freeze their memberships for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.

  • The freeze may be extended once for a total of up to 8 weeks in one calendar year, however, restrictions and fees may apply.

  • Medically based freeze requests are eligible for up to a maximum of 16 consecutive weeks

  • Requests must be sent at least 5 days in advance and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Your account must be in good standing (valid payment method on file with no unpaid balance or fees).

  • While on a membership freeze, in-person services are paused, but access to app programs remains active.

  • Membership billing schedule will adjust and resume automatically at the end of the freeze period.

  • Revisions or updates to your freeze request must be submitted through a new form.

  • Extenuating circumstances, while not guaranteed, will be addressed on a case by case basis.
