Terms & Conditions
Members may freeze their memberships for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.
The freeze may be extended once for a total of up to 8 weeks in one calendar year, however, restrictions and fees may apply.
Medically based freeze requests are eligible for up to a maximum of 16 consecutive weeks
Requests must be sent at least 5 days in advance and cannot be applied retroactively.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Your account must be in good standing (valid payment method on file with no unpaid balance or fees).
While on a membership freeze, in-person services are paused, but access to app programs remains active.
Membership billing schedule will adjust and resume automatically at the end of the freeze period.
Revisions or updates to your freeze request must be submitted through a new form.
Extenuating circumstances, while not guaranteed, will be addressed on a case by case basis.
