You’ll cycle through the classic HYROX blend of functional fitness stations and runs, mirroring the exact flow, kit and judging standards you’ll face on the big stage. Expect pumping music and a supportive crowd to push you through every rep.

Heats: Detailed wave and warm-up times will be released closer to the event.

Ticket-only entry: Advance tickets required; none available on the door.

Over-18s only: This simulation is restricted to participants aged 18+.
