PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Happy to sit with you for 15 minutes to review your current diet and discuss recommendations. BEFORE OUR MEETING - MAKE SURE THESE THINGS ARE ALL COMPLETED TO GET THE MOST OUT OF OUR TIME. 1. Download our NHF 3 Day Food Log - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GPnzNXvcLqBkEw0RbwdD5FzFWjwsERcQ/view?usp=sharing 2. Fill it out for 2 work days (or weekdays if you don't work) and 1 weekend day (or a day off if you work weekends). Before you fill it out read all the instructions to give me the most information. Keep this with you all day on these days, guessing isn't ever accurate. :) 3. Email it to me at jennifer@northglennhf.com or reply to any email you have ever received from NHF and attach this to it and it will hit my inbox. 4. Make sure that you get it to me at least 2 business days before our meeting. Ok, WHY does all of this matter! I want to give you the most beneficial 15 minutes that you can get. I could ask you to bring all this data with you, or not explain to be detailed in the instructions, and then have to sit and review it in front of you, have to ask you a ton of questions. That all takes time and leaves less time for advice. When I am with you I want to coach. Help. And the more data I have BEFORE our session and the more time you give me to review (I schedule each minute of my day to get it all done) the more you will get out of your session. 2 business days in advance allows me to adjust my calendar to find time to review your log and brainstorm thoughts to help you before our meeting even starts! You get out of this what you put into it. Just like anything in life. SO EXCITED to help!
