Check-in to celebrate your bright spots and set up your goals and put a strategic plan in place to achieve them! PLEASE NOTE: IF You want to do an InBody If you wish to do an InBody test and review results at your check in, please follow these Preparatory steps: DON’T drink water for at least 3 hours prior DON’T eat or exercise for at least 3 hours prior DON’T consume alcohol or excess caffeine for at least 24 hours prior DON’T shower or use a sauna immediately prior DON’T use lotion or ointment on your hands and feet - OR use the wipes in the InBody room to remove the oils and lotions DO maintain your normal fluid intake the day before. (If you are dehydrated, your muscle mass and body fat percentages may be off) DO stand upright for at least 5 minutes prior. DO remove all heavy accessories like jewelry, watches, and jackets. DO use the restroom prior.
